It's been quite an eventful week for lil' ol' Justin Beiber. Firstly, it would seem that his balls have finally dropped! To further ram-home this point Bieb's is currently facing claims from a disgruntled female fan that he is in fact the father of her new-born baby. She says that earlier this year Bieb's raw-dogged her backstage at a concert in L.A, causing her to fall preggers. However, Bieb's strongly denies the claims.
